We are so excited about our purchase in Cap Marina – what we believe will be the flagship residential residence, developed by Evaco, in Mauritius. While our village is basically complete, the rest of the development has suffered from delays so the overall project is significantly behind original schedule. We are assured that everything will be done to catch up. The staff have been amazing, and I can only compliment the team for their professionalism and efficiency. Any snag has been dealt with in a matter of hours. I think when we get the clubhouse and the commercial center completed, this development will be highly sought after and will prove to be a very good investment. We love it and are so happy that we made the decision to invest in Cap Marina. The beach at Cap Malheureux is fantastic, and we go there every morning for coffee and watch the sun come up in the morning and in the afternoon, we go to an alternate beach where we watch the sunset while lounging in the sea. The vibe in the North is just what we are looking for, and we love the cosmopolitan and international feel. The restaurants, the coffee shops, the street vendors add to the paradise that we have fallen in love with.
Well-done Evaco for the vision for this project and we look forward to an accelerated completion of Cap Marina – the jewel of the North.

What an amazing team!
We are excited to be the new owners of a gorgeous villa in the Cap Marina development. During our visit to the site, we were completely impressed with the quality of design, workmanship, and materials, not only of the villa itself, but also of the surrounding environment. The landscaping and canal that will be running throughout the community are going to be absolutely stunning! It’s not easy organizing a move from the other side of the world. But the team at Evaco have been patient and supportive throughout the entire process. They have already made us feel welcome, and we can’t wait to become part of this community.

Nous avons pris possession de notre villa (P14) avec le "full pack déco" le 20 novembre 2023, et tenons à vous féliciter pour la réalisation de cette villa. Le point le plus important réside dans le fait qu'elle correspond parfaitement à nos attentes suite aux documentations et informations que nous en avions eu. D'autre part, nous avons trouvé que la qualité des finitions sur cette réalisation est supérieure à celle des biens que nous avions pu visiter et vous en félicitons.
